Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days after delivery or pickup under the following conditions:
• The outfit must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Original tags, packaging, and receipt/invoice must be provided.
• Any item with stains, perfume, body odor, or alterations will not be accepted.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
All custom-made, tailored, altered, or bespoke outfits are non-refundable. However:
• Minor adjustment corrections can be made within 3 days after delivery.
• Customers must communicate fitting concerns immediately upon receiving the outfit.
Ready-to-wear outfits may be
• Exchanged for another size or item of equal value.
• Returned for store credit if approved by management.
Refunds are only processed in cases where:
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.
• The order cannot be fulfilled by the brand.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Discounted or sale items
• Innerwear or accessories
• Customized outfits
• Damaged items caused by customer misuse
Delivery Issues
Customers are advised to inspect orders upon delivery. Any issue regarding:
• Wrong size
• Wrong design
• Damaged item
must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos or videos.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on the payment method used.
